Notes
For airport pick-up, we offer a free waiting time of up to 90 minutes from the actual flight arrival time. Overtime charge is 3,000 yen/30 minutes. If the flight is cancelled due to weather or other natural disasters beyond our control, there will be no charge.
For pick-ups other than airport pick-ups, there is a free waiting time of 20 minutes. Overtime costs are 2000 JPY/30 minutes.
A one-day charter trip is door-to-door with a basic service time of 10 hours. Overcharge is 5,000 JPY/hour.
One child seat is free. From the second one, it will be 2000 JPY/piece. In Japan, children over 5 years old usually do not need a child seat.
If you change the decided route, the price will change, so be sure to consult with the company or tell the driver before making a decision.
Please note that if the car becomes dirty or damaged due to customer error, we may charge you.
In principle, the driver of the chartered one-day trip will not accompany you, so please consult with the company if you wish to do so. Parking fees and accompaniment fees incurred due to the driver accompanying you will be borne by the customer.
If you are unable to follow the schedule on the day due to customer circumstances, please contact us in advance. If you do not contact us by the end of the free waiting time, the driver may depart at his discretion.
If you wish, we can arrange for a guide to accompany you at an additional cost. Please confirm the cost with the company.
For one-day chartered driving, the basic service time is 10 hours from Tokyo to Tokyo, but if there is a special request such as departing from or ending in a rural area, we have no choice but to shorten the service time to give the driver sufficient time to return to Tokyo.
